A statewide leader founded in 1980, the Pennsylvania Hospice and Palliative Care Network (PHPCN)  is a non profit, 501(c)(3) committed to promoting and enhancing palliative and end-of-life care in the Commonwealth, through education, advocacy, technical and supportive services. Our mission, to promote excellence in palliative and end of life care and our vision; for patients, families and communities will expect, identify and receive excellent palliative and end of life care from quality hospice programs.

VETERANS

Pennsylvania Hospice and Palliative Care Network partners with National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and the Department of Veterans Affairs in a program called, 
We Honor Veterans and participates through the Hospice Veterans Partnership(HVP).
